Refund & Return Policy

At Rahaya, we strive for customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 2 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact.

2. Process: Contact us at amayaboutique2025@gmail.com or whatsapp to 9003139201 with order details to initiate a return or Exchange within 2 days of delivery date.

3. Terms and Conditions:

·        The product should be unused in original condition, and with all tags intact.

·        Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please use a secure courier and retain the tracking details.

·        Once we, receive and inspect the product we will process:

o   Returns: Returns are accepted 48hours from delivery date. Contact us at amayaboutique2025@gmail.com. Return only possible when there is a damage from us , to get return you need a take unpacking video.

 

o   Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the product.

 

o   Exchanges: Exchanges are available 7 days from the delivery date. Contact us at amayaboutique2025@gmail.com with order details provided the customer should
